You are a successful sales leader with a passion for coaching, inspiring, growing holding sales people accountable and recruiting superior sales talent. You must have previous experience and success running a B2B sales team. Success will be measured by how well you grew the revenues and profits with new accounts and farming existing accounts for new categories of opportunity. Your entrepreneur mindset is important since you will fill numerous roles as our sales leader in our fast paced and ever changing environment. You will direct the team on who to call on and why. Help in marketing the services correctly to the right prospects is important. Spending your time leveraging the sales team with your coaching while making sure they are accountable to the sales process we have chosen is a must. Our selling process is consultative in nature so any experience with this type of methodology will be helpful. As a sales leader we expect you to help with major opportunities but not be the sales person for the organization. You must be able to build the sales team and have them meet the sales goals. Consistently conducting weekly pipeline debriefs will be important to achieving that plan and reporting those results directly to the Executive team.
Ideally, you will have experience with sales databases, such as Pipeline Deals, and Sales Force or similar CRM programs. You value the help of outside the company sales coaching in the development of talent and have success stories to share in that area.
You will be open to and excited about becoming familiar with products including Computers, Computer Components, VOIP Phone Systems, Networking Equipment, as well as various other peripherals. Expertise in these areas is not expected upon hire and adequate time will be given to become familiar enough with these products to serve our customers. Sharing your experiences as quick study will be a big plus.
