Employment Application for Customer Service Trainee (Huntsville)

Starting pay during training: $13/hour

This is an entry level position requiring no experience, but a love of learning and a desire to help other people.

Once trained, successful employees will advance to a full-time position making $14 to $15/hour with additional advancement opportunities.

Ideal candidates are cheerful and have a positive outlook on life, love to learn, get pleasure from pleasing others, are good communicators (both verbally and in writing), and are tech savvy. At GigaParts, we place a lot of value on work ethic and team work.

While training, you will learn about

  • the products we sell and the answers to frequently asked questions regarding those products;
  • how to help customers when you don't know the answer to a question by leveraging search engines and support provided by manufacturers;
  • how to help customers select the right product for them;
  • our policies and procedures and typical questions customers ask regarding them;
  • exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills;
  • developing and sustaining a productive customer relationship, making the customer and their needs a primary focus.

Applicants must:

  • Be Reliable Available (8 hour shifts Monday - Saturday between the hours of 8:30am-8:30pm)
