GigaParts is seeking a Strong leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. The perfect candidate for this position will have experience managing a team and must have a desire to inspire growth and success in others.With an emphasis on creating Raving Fans, you will help your team develop their customer service skills, creating their weekly forecasts and goals, and hold them accountable to their personal goals.The perfect candidate should be a proven leader with a competitive nature who strives for constant improvement.Experience in a retail environment is highly preferred, as this individual will spend a great deal of time working directly with customers and will be leading a team of retail sales people as they provide assistance and expertise to these customers. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure, and must be committed to providing an excellent customer service experience to all customers regardless of the situation.

Additionally, this candidate:

  • Must be able to demonstrate success in developing, motivating, and coaching a team.
  • Should have a record of growing profits.
  • Should have experience leading effective and inspirational meetings.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and office productivity software
  • Must be able to turn nearly any customer into a Raving Fan.

This manager will be required to become familiar with products including computer components and amateur radio equipment, as well as various other peripherals; however, expertise in these areas is not expected upon hire and adequate time will be given to become familiar enough with these products to serve our customers.Benefits offered include BlueCross/BlueShield Health and Dental Insurance, Supplemental insurance policies through Aflac, 401(k) matching contributions, and paid leave.
