Employment Application for Service Advisor

GigaParts is in need of an energetic, confident, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Service Advisor.
This individual will serve as a liaison between our computer technicians and our customers. The Service Advisor is primarily responsible for handling the check in process for devices being brought in for repair, contacting customers on behalf of the Service Department to discuss needed repairs, answering phone calls, and ensuring that customers are given the best customer service experience possible, regardless of the situation. Additionally, the Service Advisor will assist the Retail Sales floor with day to day operations.
The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, organized, is a good communicator and has experience working with people going through somewhat difficult situations (like a failed hard drive full of important photos and documents that were not backed up). Relevant work history could include retail sales, food service, bank tellers, or service advisors in any other industry.
