A Service Manager is an experienced manager of people and projects. Patience, organization, problem solving and good listening skills are essential.

Our Service Department handles repairs of PCs, tablets and smartphones brought into our retail showroom and we also dispatch technicians to homes and businesses for on-site repairs and installations. VOIP Phone Systems, HD Video Surveillance and digital signage are just a few of the products we install and support. Although intimate knowledge of these technologies is not required, the Service Manager will be called upon to help manage customer expectations with confidence and intelligence.

Customers often come to us when they are in the midst of a disaster and, potentially, with a lot of emotion. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced at controlling their own emotions, not taking things personally, looking past a customer’s emotional behavior to understand the nature of the problem at hand, and definitively solving the problem for the customer.

The Service Manager’s most important role is ensuring customers enjoy an experience they will want to tell their friends about.

Compensation packages range from $40k to $60k based on past experience and performance bonuses.
