The ideal candidate has previous call center experience and a love for technology. You must have a great personality and be a person who enjoys interacting with other people and loves to learn. The person filling this position is responsible for ensuring we provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. This position provides for a lot of variety and no two workdays are ever the same. The right person for this position picks up on things quickly, has the ability to solve problems by making use of available resources, and has a can do attitude. Excellent oral and written skills are essential to success in this position. Once mastered, this position offers many advancement avenues within the company. This position starts at $11 per hour with options for performance bonuses.
